Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of residential roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within financial limits. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and project success. Implement and maintain efficient processes and workflows to ensure project timelines are met. Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering desired; equivalent work experience will be considered. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Management, with a focus on residential roofing projects. Certification as a Construction Manager by the American Institute of Constructors or Construction Management Association of America is preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop and oversee project budgets effectively. Strong process engineering capabilities with a proven track record of implementing efficient workflows. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Adobe. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
