Responsibilities:

+ Assists the finance department with various tasks, some of which are: finance quotes, lien searches, insurance certificates, finance submittals, credit approvals, titles, invoicing loans and leases, month end contract reconciling, end of lease notification to salesforce, funding entries for contracts and leases.

+ Lien searches: Performs UCC lien searches and contacts banks to acquire blanket lien releases. Also files UCCs and terminates UCCs when needed. Maintains a spreadsheet of current contracts and leases to assure all UCC filings are up to date.

+ Assists sales force with finance quotes for contracts and leases.

+ Reviews in house contracts and leases for credit approval.

+ Helps coordinate the finance efforts between our sales force and finance companies; including submitting contracts for approval as well as returning signed documents for funding.

+ Calculate payoffs for sales force on rental & lease conversions.

+ Maintains current insurance certificates for loans, leases and rental contracts.

+ Titles: Sends out MSOs and titles once titled equipment is paid for. Also, collects titles on equipment that has been traded in.

+ Works within and promotes vision, mission, and values of BMC.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ BS Degree in Finance, Agricultural Economics, Accounting, or other Business related degree; or equivalent experience and training required.

+ Must have good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

+ Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft applications with excellent skills in Excel.

+ Exhibit strong customer service skills and follow the customer experience.

+ Ability to multi task is a must.

+ Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

+ Good organization skills are essential.
