Responsibilities:

Your Role at Raising Canes:
The Food Truck Fleet Specialist is responsible for supporting the Food Truck Operations of a Fleet of Four Truck stationed across the country. This includes but is not limited to, transport, maintenance, operation, and overall care of the Food Truck Fleet. The Specialist must share Raising Cane's values and culture while being a Brand Ambassador for the Company.

The Food Truck Fleet Specialist support the Food Truck Fleet Manager in working with Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, Marketing, Training, and others as needed, to ensure the fleet is operating at Raising Canes standards at all times. The Specialist will support the Food Truck Fleet Manager in the evolution of the Food Truck operating principles, maintain equipment, maintenance schedules and ensure a food safe environment. The Specialist will adhere to all Food Truck system(s) and standards and uphold them throughout all supported events.

The Food Truck Fleet Specialist will immediately report any gaps in the operation or maintenance needs of the with Food Trucks and work with the Food Truck Fleet Manager to resolve them in a timely manner.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Ensures the Food Truck environment is safe for all Crewmembers and Customers are served in a safe manner. Responsible for supporting events and leading Crew through long hours, lengthy travel, while maintaining standards in non-traditional settings; including Food Safety and Labor Laws
Communicates clearly with Crewmembers and engages them around a common theme, to serve the Perfect Box. Ability to work with non-Canes partners, such as transport and logistics companies, commissary/distribution managers, event planners and talent agents. Strong communication skills and an overall detail-oriented approach are a must.
Supports the execution of Food Truck events, transport and maintenance. Supports the day-to-day operations and needs of the Food Trucks. Supports daily Operations within the Food Trucks and at offsite venues such as commissaries and distribution hubs.
Ensures proper product and small ware inventory levels and product pars for all events. Works collaboratively with Food Truck Fleet Manager and associated parties to find creative avenues for product procurement in non-branded Markets.
Supports and maintains Food Truck cleanliness and image. Executes maintenance plans for the Food Truck Fleet, and cares for the Trucks reflective as the high value assets they are. This includes regular truck drive train and generator maintenance, as well as unplanned maintenance.

Qualifications:

Requirements for Success:
5+ years professional experience in the food-related industry (restaurant industry preferred)
3+ years managerial experience
Expert in Restaurant operations, management of Crew and assets
Keen knowledge Food Truck operations, automotive maintenance knowledge preferred
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
Microsoft Proficient: Word, Excel & Power Point
Travel as required, up to 75%
