Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for leading the team in preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. The candidate will participate in developing and writing training materials specific to the PKI program for the DoD customer

Responsibilities:
  • Work side-by-side with agile teams to manage the development and delivery of technical and functional training.
  • Ability to manage the development of training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
  • Coach team members to conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions
  • Provide tailored one-on-one instruction
  • Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
  • Curate library of training resources and maintain accurate records of user training and skill levels
  • Continuously evaluate and hone technical instructional delivery skills
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training to meet client needs and applications
  • Manage the training program in accordance with customer business needs
  • Conduct PKI training for field System Administrators (SAs), Cryptography Officer, PKI Application administrators, CA Administrator (CAA), ISSO, and operational support staff on PKI Administration Guide, RCVS content, and field site develop guides.
  • The four training locations are Mechanicsburg, Oklahoma City, Joint Interoperability Test Command at Fort Huachuca and DISA Headquarters (HQs). Training will not exceed two days.
  • Provide two-hour quarterly PKI remote collaboration training on variance of PKI program technical subjects
Required Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Must possess one of the following IAT Level III certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH.
  • 3+ years of experience in the automated testing of new systems and software. Must have worked in a government contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing the testing and evaluation of new systems/software.
  • Experience working closely with customers to understand their requirements and concerns and then designing a test script and program to address both. Must also have experience gathering and presenting results to customer base as well as program engineers.
  • Strong communication skills the ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences and the ability to provide analysis of complex issues in easily understood ways. Extensive experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are important.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and an ability to work with others through difficult situations.
