Job Overview: As a Hardware Engineer at Aeronix, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, electrical engineers, and product managers, to bring cutting-edge products to market. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong background in hardware design, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Design and Development: Design and develop hardware components, including PCBs, circuits, and systems, in accordance with project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with software and other components.

Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes for hardware components and conduct thorough testing to validate design concepts. Identify and troubleshoot hardware-related issues, implementing solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of hardware designs, testing procedures, and outcomes. Work with the documentation team to create user manuals and technical documentation for hardware products.

Collaboration: Collaborate with software engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product development. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input to improve overall product quality.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure that hardware designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and other relevant guidelines. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in hardware design, development, and testing. Proficient in using design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, SPICE). Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design. Experience with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and other embedded systems. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
