We are currently searching for a Floating Compliance Specialist to work at Whittier Apartments in Denver, CO.

Description:

The Compliance Specialist On-Site is responsible for monitoring the property affordable housing programs. One of the primary duties of this position will be reviewing resident certification and recertification files.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring property's affordable housing program to ensure that all target numbers are met. Reviewing all site move-in certification files to make sure that all households are income qualified before the households move in. Ensure affordability levels are maintained, applicable rents and utility allowances are in place which will be reviewed on all pre-move in and re-certification files. During the review of all files it is imperative that the specialist ensures that each resident file contains all required and acceptable documentation/verifications. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

2+ years LIHTC experience 2+ years of previous management experience HCCP Designation (or equivalent)

Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Pay range: $26.44-$28.85 hourly
