In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of the fragrance industry, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service. You'll oversee the entire sales order process, from placement to shipment, acting as the vital link between our esteemed clients and our operations and sales teams. Your Title: Senior Customer Care Representative
Your Location: Mt. Olive, NJ
Reporting to: Customer Care Manager

Main Responsibilities:
•Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with dynamic operations and sales teams to ensure timely order delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
•Customer Service Excellence: Manage and resolve order changes, issues, and inquiries efficiently, both internally and externally, ensuring a high level of service.
•Efficient Process Management: Enhance the customer experience by improving account and order maintenance processes through the use of customer portals, making operations more convenient and streamlined.
•Demand-Driven Coordination: Work closely with customers on forecasting needs, aligning with demand planning to optimize product delivery and ensure satisfaction.
•Continuous Improvement Focus: Contribute to projects aimed at improving customer care processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices.
•Conflict Resolution Expert: Skillfully navigate challenging customer situations, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
•Team Player: Act as a supportive and collaborative team member, providing backup for colleagues and fostering positive relationships within the team.
•Customer-Centric Approach: Always prioritize the needs and expectations of the customer, ensuring their requirements are met in a cost-effective manner.

Your Professional Profile Includes:
•A University/Bachelor's degree in a related field.
•2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of SAP.
•Strong analytical skills to effectively assess and respond to customer needs.
•Excellent problem-solving abilities.
•Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
