Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

Pay: $20-25/hr depending on experience

Location: Fairfield, NJ

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Enter purchase orders that arrive from customers and vendors they support. Track deliveries and inventories, customer service and responses within service agreements. Work under the guidelines established for the region and actively participate in the search for process improvement in conjunction with the Coordination.

FUNCTIONS

1. Enter purchase orders received within the timesdefined within the service agreement.

2. Carry out the entire process established duringorder entry: inventory review, lead-times, approvals, among others.

3. Support the country and sellers in charge in allrequests they have with functional areas and after-sales processes.

4. Follow up on orders placed until they are delivered.

Communicate to the client the status of the orders and delivery dates or news.

Basic Academic Training:

+ Bachelors degree HIGHLY PREFERRED

Years of Experience in the Position:

+ 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Entry
