Pay: $80k - $100k.

The ideal candidate knows how to execute the vision & concepts for the organization's corporate marketing and brand strategy, with a high level of competency in hands-on project execution & coordination under the direction of Sales & Marketing executives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Evaluate the performance of current marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders and departments to develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage sales & marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation, cultivating positive relationships with media and key stakeholders.
  • Direct consulting partners with online marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and outreach programs to strengthen the firm's market presence.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and ensure marketing activities are compliant.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years' experience in a successful strategic marketing and branding senior level coordinator or specialist related role required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing and communications or similar field preferred.
  • Professional services corporate marketing industry experience required.
  • Must have proven strategic thinking, planning, translate complex ideas into understandable information, provide prior KPI's and OKR's, Project Management and high-level technology proficiency across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Technology proficiency in Content Creation, Digital Advertising, Email Marketing/Marketing Automation, Webinar, Training and Event platforms and materials.
  • Strategic brand creation, awareness, and building, including event and conference coordination.
