Responsibilities

Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, sales tours, and networking in the local community Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually

Qualifications

Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major is desired This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role Outstanding organizational skills and time management 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher to meet qualifications Prior Management experience desired Exhibits superior communication, negotiations, and interpersonal abilities
