Job DescriptionAs a Selling Solutions Advisor, you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Deliver high level service to every customer, build customer loyalty and satisfaction Connect with customers and understand their needs to present solutions across a broad range of products, including Computing, Printing, Office Supplies, Furniture, Ink & Toner, and Paper Maintain and apply knowledge of technology products and services through required trainings and certifications as well as self-development Exhibit highly effective Selling and Service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers to build loyalty and satisfaction, serving as a trusted advisor Support the Customer Development Program through generating and handing off customer leads Be flexible on responsibilities (e.g., returns, merchandising, other duties as assigned)Essential skills and experience: Able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and/or weekends) Must be able to engage and speak to customers and understand their needs Collaborate and work with other team members Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously Basic computer skills Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this positionAbout UsThe world of working and learning has changed.
