Email Trafficker/Ad Ops Trafficking Specialist

Position Overview:

The Email Ad Executions Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the execution and optimization of email advertising offerings, focusing on data/list management and general ad operations. This position reports to the Product Manager: Email Advertising and will support daily operations to fulfill our email advertising commitments while leveraging data, models, and scrub lists. Collaboration with Data and Email Channel teams is essential to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Execute and optimize email advertising campaigns in collaboration with the Product Manager. Manage data and lists for email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Coordinate with clients to secure email ad assets and facilitate smooth campaign deployments. Maintain slotting calendars for email drops and banner-based ads within emails, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor and manage campaign requests, escalating issues and challenges as needed to ensure timely resolution. Support the usage of data models and scrub lists to enhance campaign effectiveness and targeting. Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in digital advertising, particularly in executing and managing email campaigns. Proficiency in data and list management, with a strong understanding of data privacy and compliance. Experience with publisher deployment of email campaigns and familiarity with AMOS, Salesforce, and LiveRamp preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients. Proactive problem-solving ability and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
