A Healthcare Clinic in Hauppauge, NY is hiring a Call Center Representative to join their growing team We are seeking a reliable and professional individual looking for the next step in their Customer Service career in the healthcare field. We are looking for candidates with prior call center or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is Monday through Friday during the following shifts: 8:30am to 4:30pm OR 9am to 5pm. If you are interested, please apply today or send your resume to jenn.eng@randstadusa.com for immediate consideration Salary: $20 - $21 per hour Shift: First Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and other callers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information on services, appointments, and general healthcare inquiries. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while following company protocols. Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment processing. Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately and promptly. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information. Maintain knowledge of healthcare services, medical terms, and insurance policies. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and systems.
