The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications.ScheduleMonday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, with occasional overtime on Fridays.Essential FunctionsSet up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal componentsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and product requirementsPerform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safetyInspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and product qualityMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policiesCollaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met Requirements Positive attitude and respect fellow employeesAbility to perform well as a teamSelf-motivator and must be flexible to accommodate needs of your teamSafety minded when performing taskOutstanding attention to detailPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periodsMust be able to work Monday-Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm; To meet the needs of the customer's occasional overtime may be required.
