The Senior FP&A Manager plays a critical role in supporting both operational and corporate finance functions within the organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills.

The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting process, developing, and maintaining rolling forecasts, creating, and managing metrics dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive cost savings and business growth. The successful candidate will possess exceptional time management skills, a high level of ownership, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

How We Work:

As a Senior Manager, FP&A you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN or Atlanta, GA offices
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access
Responsibilities:
  1. Annual Budgeting Process:
    • Lead the annual budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to gather necessary information.

    • Provide recommendations based on a deep understanding of the business and assessment of relevant data.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with business partners across all levels of the organization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.

Key Competencies:
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking:
      • Provide thoughtful and relevant, data-driven insights that identify business problems/trends and create practical solutions. This requires going beyond the data mining, data collection, and the simple calculations of data.
  • Time Management:
      • Manage multiple assignments and tasks effectively, while working calmly in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times, flexing and adjusting schedule to meet business needs.
  • Ownership:
      • Take ownership of projects and reporting requested by internal customers - establishing the need, requirements, and timeline of project and reporting requests, while simultaneously completing regularly assigned tasks.
  • Communication:
      • Communicate with stakeholders, management, and business leaders with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
