looking for a smart and talented founding product marketer, who is passionate about partnering with product, growth, and sales to build out the product-led and B2B sales .
You will work cross-functionally to develop compelling messaging and materials. You will own our value proposition to the businesses, and distill complex market issues, competitive differentiation, and thought leadership into go-to-market materials that resonate with buyers. You will craft compelling copy for product education, build trust via customer case studies and testimonials, and help boost adoption, conversion and referrals for PLG customers. You’ll be working directly with the founders.
Responsibilities
You would join a small team of high performers and be expected to learn fast and define product marketing for a rapid growth AI-first B2B software company. This role gives you a unique opportunity to:
Product Marketing Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience.
Positioning: Develop and execute strategies to improve product positioning and messaging.
Messaging: Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (emails, web, etc)
Launches: Plan and execute product launches from strategy to messaging, channel strategy, and measurement; collaborating with product, sales, and CS.
Lifecycle marketing: Create content and messaging for email drip campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
Sales & Customer success Enablement: Partner with sales & CS to create content to support their outreach and conversations with prospects and customers.
Partnerships: Work with our partners on co-marketing efforts.
Content strategy: We want to become the destination for learning about AI in B2B Sales and use SEO and social to acquire users. You’ll work with contractors and future content marketing + SEO hires to make this happen.
What does success look like?
You become the authority on all things product positioning, segmentation, and product marketing content across the company. Your efforts drive impact across the customer lifecycle - in free trials, adoption, retention, conversion, and referrals. You’ve built trust in the marketplace with successful customer campaigns including testimonials, case studies, and events.

Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, preferably with 2+ years in a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup environment.
Experience setting marketing strategy AND executing: You’re able to balance strategic vision and operational excellence, from setting high-level team strategy to getting in the weeds planning launches and doing competitive research.This is an early-stage startup and you will be doing both.
Product marketing depth: With core competencies in positioning, messaging, launch management, PLG content, and partner marketing.
Marketing breadth: You understand channel, content, and comms strategy in addition to product marketing strategy. You’ve marketed to mid-market buyers before.
Writing ability: You’ve written short-form and long-form content, and can point to examples of your writing.
High-quality bar: You've developed marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first, while hitting growth goals at the same time.
Interest in our product/mission-aligned/values-aligned: Knowledge of B2B sales and AI or strong desire to learn about these topics quickly.
Goal setting & prioritization: You know how to set both short-term goals and long-term goals that are used for prioritization and focused on impact.
