As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll get to:
  • Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
  • Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
  • Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
  • Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in approved science (Medical laboratory Science, chemistry, biology, etc)
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist/MLS/BB from an accredited agency (ASCP) required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting (blood bank) required.
