Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities necessary to take new and existing products from conceptualization through commercialization.
  • Apply scientific methodology, data analysis, and the fundamentals of product development to drive innovation.
  • Communicate project needs, status updates, and technical advice to stakeholders to promote efficient and effective project performance.
  • Deliver R&D plans and strategies in support of company objectives and support the implementation of the New Product Development (NPD) process.
Requirements:
  • BS required in food/dairy science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in food/dairy or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Food Science/Dairy Science and R&D business plans and strategies.
  • Excellent time management, project management, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal savvy.
