Partners with business units to ensure company objectives are being met and that timely, consistent and accurate communication is being provided. Identifies and implements improvements to communication tools and processes.Effectively CommunicatePlan, communicate and implement company initiativesCollaborate with corporate partners to coordinate project plans and timelinesLeverage subject matter experts to support key aspects of projectFacilitate project status meetings and update project plans and communicationSupport key stakeholders and field/store teamsEscalates issues in a timely fashion to the appropriate project stakeholderDepending on initiative, develop, edit, format communication to the stores to improve store execution and productivity.Audits communication tools to ensure consistency, accuracy and timelinessGathers feedback from corporate and field partners to implement improvementsPartner with both internal and external groups to identify trends and best practicesMonitors established budgets, evaluates processes with the goal to reduce costs while maintaining qualityWorks with internal partners to evaluate technological improvements to enhance team efficiency.Facilities CAM Coordinator Addendum:Exterior Lighting / Exteriors / Landlord Work OrdersResponsible for store oversight of exterior lighting / signage and support of building exterior repair and maintenance programPrioritize and approve work orders within established budget guidelines and resolve escalated issues with Koh’s Field team and vendors.Maintain monthly maintenance budgets, accruals and forecasting.Create and monitor reports to track vendor schedules, work order status, and expense.Hold vendors accountable to key performance metrics.Improve operational efficiency by creating and evolving best practices.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and annual capital planning.Responsible for assisting with stores capital replacements and exterior lighting LED retrofitsCommunicate repair and maintenance issues to landlord’s and provide continuous follow up until resolutionEnforce landlord's obligations for exterior lighting / common area maintenance / building exterior repair and maintenance lease obligationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience using PC and Macintosh environments (software including Microsoft Office, Keynote, iwork, Indesign, email/collaboration systems.)Proven project management skills with ability to multitask without sacrificing detail.Effective prioritization and decision-making skills.Ability to work as a part of a team & interact effectively with othersStrong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.PreferredExperience in a retail environmentExperience with scheduling or related software system (Scheduling Only)Special RequirementsOn-call responsibility and flexible schedule as needed to support business operations.
