POSITION SUMMARY
Sell tires and related products for wholesaler to established or new customers. Work requires substantial
knowledge of items sold. We are looking to add a Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English) Customer Service Representative to our inside sales team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answer all incoming calls within three (3) rings.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms based on detailed understanding of customers' needs
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Use independent judgement to recommend products that may be different than the customer requests based on product knowledge, available inventory of multiple brands, cost and all other factors that could influence purchases. Remember, the most important thing to our customer is their customer. You have the ability to impact their business based on your recommendations.
- Contact regular and assigned customers daily to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders based on specials, and your specialized knowledge of the products offered.
- Input customer orders into point of sale system and print as required.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Provide feedback and suggestions to supervisor regarding information gathered in this process
- Obtain credit information about prospective customers. Pass information such as business name, address and principal contact to assigned Outside Sales Person to make personal contact with all prospective new customers.
- May need to work in warehouse area on occasion loading or unloading tires, pulling orders, staging orders or stocking inventory

- Fluent in Spanish and English
Skills and Abilities:
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Language: Fluent in Spanish
Experience : One to two years related experience
Computer Skills
Basic Computer skills are required such as word programs, spreadsheets, general internet skills to
navigate web sites and point of sale experience for order input.
Salary Description
$20.00/ Hour
