With a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $75,000(based on experience) annually, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with care and expertise. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service. Join us at Anderson Insurance Group and be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.This position is eligible for our full benefits package including 401k Match, Health, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing, and Paid Time Off.Responsibilities•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention•Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions•Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base•Monitor insurance policy renewals and proactively address any issues or changes•Consistently provide the customer with prompt, knowledgeable and timely response to calls or inquiries•Document calls, activities, and transactions in Account Management System•Check/Process policies and endorsements•Quote new and renewing policies on carrier websites and/or PL Rater•Other miscellaneous duties as assignedQualifications•We are hiring for both of our office locations in New Castle and Grove City, PA.
