DescriptionMulti-Unit Maintenance TechnicianWe have an opening for a Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician to support our locations in the Leominster and Woburn areas. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our stores in top condition by addressing day-to-day maintenance issues. Traveling between our locations, managing cosmetic and mechanical repairs, and working to meet the highest standards.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Facilities maintenance, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and cosmetic repairsEquipment calibrations, modifications and repairsCheck, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, locksDiagnose and remedy problems, troubleshoot and resolve issuesPreventative Maintenance on properties and equipment to include proper documentation and trackingWork with contracted landscaping vendors to ensure property grounds are maintainedMaintain spare parts inventory and requisition parts for systemsMaintain safety standards for our employees and guests; Apply applicable OSHA requirementsMaintain an open line of communication with Operations Department including District ManagersComplete work and travel logs dailyAdhere to all company policies and proceduresDaily travel within regionPerform other duties as necessaryRequirementsHVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry and light electrical knowledgeGeneral knowledge of small appliance repair and maintentanceOne to three years of maintenance experience preferredBasic phone and computer skillsMust possess a valid driver's licenseAbility to clearly communicate with supervisors, co-workers, vendors and sub-contractorsAble to work a varied schedule, rotating weekends, on-call, occasional holidaysRepeated walking, bending, reaching, climbing, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting of material/equipment up to 80 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods of timeMust be 21 years of age or olderCompany InformationWhy DUNKIN'?Sure, it's the coffee and the tasty baked goods.
