Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rust Belt Recruiting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with equipment, using mechanical and electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair problems.
  • Installation and Upgrade: Install new equipment and upgrade existing systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience in PLC systems and basic electrical wiring.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
