Manager, Training Products

is primarily responsible for managing the development, delivery, and evaluation of Virtuoso’s training product portfolio and ensuring these offerings support Virtuoso Partner and Member growth and engagement. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned. Manage, develop, and deliver training products that impact short-term and long-term organizational goals. Align with Director, Professional Development & Training on outcomes and KPIs to measure product success and meet long-term business objectives. Regularly analyze and report on training product outcomes, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Setup and maintain Professional Development product inventory in sales tracking platform (Magazine Manager). Apply learning and product best practices to create engaging, compelling training products that drive Member and Partner growth and engagement. Partner with key stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for enhancements, new products, and methods for delivery. Support scaling of applicable training products to all regions, sharing best practices and providing feedback. Manage a team of individuals that develop and deliver training products. Facilitate regular team meetings to align with playbook and deliverables. Maintain working knowledge of best practices and industry trends in training, travel, and product management to determine new approaches to emerging needs. Educational and Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in learning and development, training, or related field 4+ years’ experience in training, product management or related field, including managing direct reports Experience working for a global organization is preferred Experience working in the travel industry is preferred Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training products/programs Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational and customer service skills, with strong attention to detail Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze program metrics and derive actionable insights Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment Dependable self-starter with ability to grasp new concepts and technology quickly Forward thinking, curious, and creative Able to lead people and projects Aware of current business and learning and development trend knowledge Strong skills in inspiring the win-win-win Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Travel Requirements: Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events (1-3 trips per year).
