We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training & Adoption Manager to join our team for a contract role focused on a cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training or Change Management, with specific experience in conducting training needs analysis, creating comprehensive training materials, and independently facilitating training sessions. This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience. Experience in training for prompt design for chat-based tools is highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements for each LLM workstream.

• Develop and design engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

• Facilitate training sessions independently, ensuring that participants understand and can apply the concepts related to LLM and Generative AI tools.

• Break down complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide hands-on training and support for prompt design, ensuring users can effectively interact with and utilize Generative AI tools.

• Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project goals.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Training Manager or Change Manager on complex projects, preferably involving advanced technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting training needs analysis and creating comprehensive training materials.

• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to independently lead training sessions for diverse audiences.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in training for prompt design and familiarity with Generative AI tools is highly advantageous.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies.


Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Training Manager on large scale technology programs

• Bachelor's degree in communications

• Certification in training, instructional design, or a related field.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

• Experience with LLMs preferred. For example, experience using LLM technologies to aid in creating presentations, documentation or visualizations
