SUMMARY

Supports Staffing & Development Professionals with all store level part and full time staffing for their respective zone. Responsible for reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and on demand interviews in HireVue if applicable. Follows up with all applicants. Ensures hiring steps in SAP are taken. Oversees accurate completion of new hire paperwork and I9. Works closely with part time Staffing clerks / Store Onboarders to coordinate Day one and Day two of Onboarding sessions. Assists with all hiring events within the zone. Monitors and reports on hiring metrics and makes recommendations for improvement to HR Leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews all applicants for stores within their zone.

Schedule in person interviews for stores in their zone.

Schedules on demand interviews in HireVue, if applicable

Responds to applicants who will not be interviewed in SAP

Reviews video interview and provides their recommendation before submitting to hiring manager

Reviews Evaluator's feedback in HireVue

Coordinates background check and new hire paperwork in SAP

Coordinates onboarding for candidate with the store

Resource for part time Staffing Clerk/ Store Onboarders

Responsible for communication with store management on hiring needs

Communicates critical external part time needs to the talent acquisition department

Ensures a diverse workforce in their respective stores

Oversees accurate completion of new hire paperwork and I9

Assist with hiring events

Monitors and reports on hiring metrics for assigned stores.

Trains new staffing clerks and coaches them on their performance.

Performs other related duties as assigned

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The compensation range is one component of Price Chopper/Market 32 and Northeast Shared Services' total compensation and benefits package, which includes, 401(k), 401(k) match, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and more.
