Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cutting-edge process control strategies to boost operational performance and reliability.
- Analyze and address recurring maintenance issues by conducting root cause analyses (RCAs) and Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECAs) to initiate necessary equipment or procedural changes.
- Enhance and oversee the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plans to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other automated production equipment.
- Manage electrical and instrumentation components, including specification reviews and recommendations for replacing obsolete parts.
- Optimize processes and control budgets by improving efficiencies, reducing process times, labor, and material costs.
- Facilitate updates and improvements to the SAP Plant Maintenance System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in process control, automation, and electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in the installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, especially PLCs, motor controls, and instrumentation.
- Demonstrated ability in advanced problem-solving within automation and controls contexts.
- Eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
