You'll also work closely with stakeholders to help define features and tradeoffs in order to create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will make a direct impact on our business and hardworking customers. Responsibilities: Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog. Identify new product features and trade-offs to establish a competitive advantage for Enova and enhance customer experience. Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch. Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization. Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis. Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc. Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Requirements: 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with API management. Proficiency in leveraging data for user behavior analysis and product opportunity identification. Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones. Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Experience driving a full lifecycle product feature or launch. Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions. Benefits & Perks:
