Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- Turn incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with a natural and engaging style, conveying clarity, confidence, and warmth.
- Address customer requests promptly, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Cultivate positive customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your booking skills and practice outbound calling techniques.
- Implement company procedures to resolve customer complaints effectively and with a positive outcome.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
Ideal Customer Service Representative will have:
- Experience in Home Services/Skilled Trades highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of Call Center experience Required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Service Titan experience a plus
- Outstanding customer service and exceptional phone skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented, strongly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
