Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Turn incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments.
  • Deliver call scripts with a natural and engaging style, conveying clarity, confidence, and warmth.
  • Address customer requests promptly, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
  • Cultivate positive customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance your booking skills and practice outbound calling techniques.
  • Implement company procedures to resolve customer complaints effectively and with a positive outcome.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

Ideal Customer Service Representative will have:
  • Experience in Home Services/Skilled Trades highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of Call Center experience Required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Service Titan experience a plus
  • Outstanding customer service and exceptional phone skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Detail-oriented, strongly organized, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients.
