Mechanical Engineer (5+ Years) Overview: We are on the lookout for a driven Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience, eager to spearhead and lead a mechanical engineering team at our Atlanta office. This position involves a blend of technical design, consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineering Registration (required). U.S. Citizenship (required). Minimum of 5 years of consulting engineering experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Contractor Industry. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering (required). Proficiency in International Building Code/International Mechanical Code (required). Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. A keen interest and drive to stay updated on the latest technologies and practices to enhance professional growth. Aptitude for both mechanical and electrical engineering concepts. Excellent time management skills. Active involvement in industry associations (preferred). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience working collaboratively in team environments, demonstrating project management skills. Business development experience (preferred).
