Position
Service Coordinator

Description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Service Department's
daily operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Enters, processes, and fills orders for materials, internals, warranties, and rentals.
•Identifies identical processes to eliminate duplicate operations.
•Reports to supervisors to determine progress of work and to provide information on
changes in processing methods received from all departments.
•Compiles reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to failures of
machines and equipment to apprise management & sales staff of equipment useage.
•Interacts with customers, management & sales staff thorough email, phone calls and
other forms of correspondence on a daily basis.
•Inputs data and invoicing into web based billing protals, based on customer needs and
protocols.
•Position may occasionally require assisting other departments with similar workloads.
•Prepparing Excel spreadsheets as required.
•Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: Starting at $26-$30/HR DOE

Full Benefits include 401(k), Medical, Dental, Voluntary Life and Short Term Disability, and Flex Plan.

Position Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the
knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six
months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses:
This position does not require specific certifications or licenses.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-onone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other NWHS service employees in the organization.

Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw
and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The physical demands and work environment described below represent the activities and

The work is typically performed inside an office, with a low to moderate noise level.
To perform the job, the employee is frequently required to talk and hear on the telephone
and in person with individuals and groups. The incumbent is required to read and respond
to documents in hard copy and electronic form and be able to distinguish colors. The
incumbent will occasionally carry materials weighing up to 25 lbs., use stairs when needed,
and have the ability to bend, squat, climb, reach.
