What You Will Be Doing Collecting inputs /trends from region/global to shape the long-term crop strategy. Project leader for their relative crops on global initiatives Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with stakeholder/counterpart for product centric teams in P&S or R&D Responsible to secure a clear strategic segmentation of the portfolio between brands (TPP) Prioritize traits and breeding program resources allocation across region/ brands. Drive the identification of portfolio gaps and opportunities to address alliances and licensing. Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with stakeholder/counterparts for product centric teams in P&S or R&D Owning the Global Target Product Profiles for the crop mega-segments Setting Global portfolio thresholds to drive profitability and NPI success. Owning the Global Product Specifications Qualifications

What Sets You Apart Education: A degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field is typically required. Experience: Several years of experience in crop management, including research, commercialization, production, and supply chain management. Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices: Understanding of sustainable agriculture practices and their impact on crop production, environmental sustainability, and profitability. Financial acumen: The ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze financial data to ensure profitability.
