Understanding of solar PV and storage construction processes, EPC obligations, and safety regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exemplary organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Working knowledge of Project Management principles, PMP certification preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction techniques and electrical systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
