  • Create and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure quality control management and verify project work meets Tremco standards.
  • Resolve project issues and problems, and provide coordination between subcontractors and owner operations.
  • Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
  • Uphold high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in commercial/industrial built-up roofing systems or 5 years of experience as a Foreman for BUR systems, materials, and their applications.
  • Computer literacy and competence in Internet software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to keep project records and interface with owners, sub-contractors, and Company management.
  • Extensive travel required.
