Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrative Nurse Director Surgical Services to lead our Perioperative department.
About the Role:
This is a leadership position that requires a strong clinical background and exceptional leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Perioperative department, ensuring high-quality patient care and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and communication
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve departmental operations
Requirements:
- RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
- Experience working in Surgical Services, preferably in a leadership role
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
