RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help customers arrange the financing of their purchases
  • Present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
  • Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals
  • Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepare paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
  • Accurately audit team deals post-sale
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
  • Strictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core values
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a large volume dealership setting
  • Previous dealership Finance / F&I experience is required
  • Must be AFIP certified and be fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing, financing, and trade-in evaluations
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
