What would you do as a Customer Service Documentation Specialist
As a Customer Service Documentation Specialist at HME Specialists, you will play a vital role in ensuring the care and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include obtaining and requesting medical authorizations, accurately logging in authorizations and prescriptions, and following up as needed to ensure the billing process is completed seamlessly. Additionally, you will be responsible for fulfilling pick-up requests to ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies.
