Our client is seeking a NY based Hybrid Temporary Human Resource Associate for an 11-12-month period to support their HR team and anchor their expanding US operations. Reporting to an experienced leader, you will take ownership of HR coordination for the people team, supporting approximately 100 employees. Your responsibilities will include onboarding, orientation, benefits coordination, and payroll entry processes.

In addition, you will handle employee relations, contribute to special projects such as systems integrations and implementations, and participate in enhancing employee engagement and candidate experience by coordinating with outsourced firms during recruitment.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent data analysis skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Workday is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive HR experience is required, with a willingness to engage in all operational and talent management aspects.

Location: New York, NY

Work Schedule: T, W, Thurs in office and 2 days remote; Days in office are subject to change

Contract Duration: 11-12 months; Maternity leave coverage

Pay: $25-$35/hr; Higher end is based on actual experience
