Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive who is capable of driving business development initiatives, maintaining efficient sales activities, and meeting sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the staffing industry and possess a robust portfolio of clients. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Potential for growth and uncapped commissions
Qualifications
Must be comfortable doing company sales B2B, cold calls, and emails
Must be comfortable doing Cold Call Sales
1 year of work experience in the staffing industry
Minimum of 2 years sales, staffing, or recruiting experience
Minimum of 2 year of business to business sales experience
Strong communication skills
Bilingual in English Spanish
Responsibilities
Maintaining existing customer relationships
Growing the territory through and adding new customers
Delivering creative custom solutions to meet the customer’s specific needs
Lead generation and follow up on potential business
Updating customer records for efficient reporting and keeping detailed notes
Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources
Perform cold calls to decision makers at targeted accounts •
Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs
Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms; ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards
