We are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company.Currently, Envolve is searching for an Assistant Community to work at New Zion/Clear Horizon Apartments in Shreveport, LA.Description: This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks. Duties:Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.Rent collection and postingActively work on collecting delinquent rentProcess invoicesComplete Move Out InspectionsAssist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.Entering work ordersUpdate Make Readies in Yardi.Qualifications:Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.Candidate must have a full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details needed. A minimum of 1 - 2 years of Tax Credit, HUD, and Property Management experience preferredBackground Screening and Drug Test Required.
