The Customer Operations Administrative assistant will be working along side of the Cargill Animal Nutrition Customer Account Coordinators providing explempary customer service to our retail customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teammates. The majority of the role will be answering incoming phone calls from customers and the sales team, entering orders for customers, helping to monitor incoming emails from customers and the

sales team, and other duties or projects as assigned in a fast paced environment. The Customer Operations team is located across the US and Canada with the majority still working remote.

Minimum Education Required: High School diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
