Requirements

- Proven experience as a Benefits Analyst (5 years)

- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration

- Familiarity with Medicare, FMLA, employment labor law, and regulatory reporting requirements

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for employee evaluation and collaboration
