Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in a computer-related occupation. Alternatively, Master's degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in a computer-related occupation. Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD). Relevant experience at large management consulting firm or US Financial Institution. Payments/Financial Services experience. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools. Strong team player with a willingness to learn and ability to adapt. An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital. Advanced Power Apps skills.
