What you will do as an Occupational Therapist with Shared Services Home Health Care : Not only will you be growing in your career, but you will also be gaining another family. Review request for occupational therapy and physicians orders. Interview client to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy. Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician. Assist clients in ambulatory training as necessary. Recommend modifications and changes in the clients therapy treatment as indicated. Ensure that all therapist notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the clients response to the care. Select rehabilitative and therapeutic activities and exercises based on medical and social history of clients.
