Review request for occupational therapy and physicians orders. Interview client to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy. Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician. Assist clients in ambulatory training as necessary. Recommend modifications and changes in the clients therapy treatment as indicated. Ensure that all therapist notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the clients response to the care.
