As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have the special responsibility of being the voice of Affinity Water. Dont worry, we arent looking for people to sound as good as Morgan Freeman or David Attenborough over the phone, its more about what you say to our customers and how you say it
You will be the first point of contact when our customers call in with their questions and queries so its vital that you are able to represent the Company in a positive, friendly and empathetic way.
From your previous experience dealing with customers, you will already be acutely aware of the challenges that unhappy customers can bring. However, you should also be aware of the immensely rewarding feeling you get when you make that one customers day. If you are someone who gets a buzz from this feeling, this could be the role for you
The reality of the job is that it is a call centre role which means taking a high volume of calls every day. However, the exciting challenge that comes with this, which is bound to keep you on your toes, is that no two calls will be the same.
We are not scripted here; we know that each and every one of our customers have different needs and require a slightly different style of communication. As an Advisor, you will be able to rise to this challenge and adapt to these different needs in order to quickly build strong relationships with your customers.

***The specifics***
We provide a 24/7 emergency water supply service to our customers. Our Advisors working hours will be: 37 hours per week working 07:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday. This will be on a shift rotation.
As part of the application process you will be asked to complete an online Maths assessment and submit a video detailing why you believe Customer Service is important. Once you successfully complete these assessments your application will be screened by our Recruitment team and we will then contact you to arrange a telephone role play with one of our Team Leaders, then an interview.

**Should you be shortlisted and invited to attend a virtual Role play and Interview you will need to ensure you are available on the following dates.**
**Dates for role plays - 23rd and 24th March 2021**
**Dates for interview - 25th and 26th March 2021**
Start date for this role will be **6 April 2021**. Your first 3 weeks will be a training and induction process. This training and induction time is vitally important to give you the best start so we ask that you are able to commit to working this in full.
**This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract**
