Role :-
- Work closely with the CEO and senior team to develop a strategy to attract, retain, and source top talent.
- Coordinate recruiting resources and technology, taking the lead in recruiting, hiring, and finding new talent.
- Work on the marketing strategy of the firm.
Requirements:-
- Ability to use automation platforms to streamline the recruiting process.
- BA in a technology field.
- Ability to communicate with technologists and a passion for technology.
- Over 7 years of experience cultivating academic, technical, or quant talent in an automated environment.
- Self-motivated and competitive.
- Remote work permitted once established.
