Shift Details:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM.
Job Purpose:

The Fulfillment Team Lead is essential in managing and directing our fulfillment team to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely order processing. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks, providing training, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Fulfillment Team Lead ensures high productivity and quality standards, contributing significantly to our company's success and customer satisfaction.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Distribute daily tasks to team members, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on job tasks, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
  • Organize and set up the fulfillment kit line to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Keep team members on task, monitor their performance, and provide feedback to maintain high productivity levels.
  • Manage FedEx and UPS pickups at the end of the day, ensuring all packages are ready and correctly labeled.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or fulfillment setting.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with a proactive, "can do" attitude.
  • Self-motivated individual who can operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and shipping.
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate team members.
  • Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and browser-based systems is essential.
  • Physical capability to regularly lift and carry loads of up to 25-50 lbs, maintaining a hands-on approach to team leadership and support.
