Position Summary: The Customer Success Manager will support the coordination and execution of customer orders from initiation through to delivery. This position acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage timelines, and help resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a project coordination or support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a related field
- Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
Customer Order Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, project timelines, and deliverables
- Manage customer expectations and ensure orders are completed to the clients specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Project Tracking and Timelines
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met on schedule
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues that may affect project completion
Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues quickly and professionally
- Communicate project updates, changes, and any delays to customers in a clear and timely manner
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and follow-through
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, communications, and customer interactions
- Process orders, track inventory, and assist with documentation as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel as required.
