Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of projects from inception through to completion. This role requires managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects align with Kolmar USA’s standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in cosmetic manufacturing preferred.


Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution

  • Develop detailed project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Create and manage project timelines with clear milestones and deadlines.
  • Ensure resource allocation is optimized to meet project goals.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of projects, making adjustments to schedules and targets as needed.


Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and expectations.


Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify and resolve project-related challenges, including adjustments to schedules, budgets, and scope.
  • Communicate and document project expectations and changes clearly.

Budget Management

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and monitoring of financial resources.
  • Handle cost settlements and maintain budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate project team members, conducting regular meetings to track progress and address any issues.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet Kolmar USA’s quality standards.
  • Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.


Additional Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the USA.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as required.
